Prices, Payment, & Shipping
Pricing: Our pups are $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 which includes a $300-$500 nonrefundable deposit that is needed to be added to the waiting list.
This price is derived from all of the care put into the pup's parents prior to the litter ever being conceived (food, vaccinations, routine deworming and parasite prevention, showing the parents to their championships in order to ensure they are a quality representative of the Siberian Husky breed, and health testing exams of the hips, elbows, knees, and eyes, as well as genetic tests).
Then there are the costs associated with breeding and raising a litter, which include a pre-breeding health exam for mom; stud fees (if bred to a boy outside our kennel); an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy; x-rays prior to delivery to make sure pups are healthy and we know how many there will be; extra food for the mother starting at week 5 of pregnancy and all the way through weaning; food for the puppies; microchips; puppy kits for each owner; and vet expenses for the pups including first vet exam office fees, first vaccinations, and deworming.
Our prices may seem high in comparison to some high-volume commercial breeders or those who only have an occasional litter from their pet dogs, but it reflects our commitment to producing healthy, beautiful, good-tempered pups who will better the breed with every litter born.
Placing Your Deposit:
To hold a puppy or to be on a waiting list a non-refundable $300.00- $500.00 deposit is required.
We require the deposit prior to being placed on the waiting list in order to ensure you are well-informed and truly committed to bringing this pup home, and to discourage "impulse buying." The deposit is also used to guarantee your spot on the list, and those who are on the waiting list that have put a $300- $500 deposit down will be bumped ahead of those who have not. I will ask you what your preferences are, but I cannot guarantee the outcome of each litter in regard to what they will look like or the sex before they arrive.
We do not breed for eye color or coat color and will not take deposits on such requests. We take deposits based on whether you are looking for a male or female and will ask you what coat color and eye color you generally prefer, but again there are no guarantees. If we are not able to supply you with the puppy that you picked (meaning the breeding did not result in pregnancy or the pup you chose sickened or died unexpectedly) your deposit will roll over to the next available litter and you may pick a puppy from that litter.
Note: This does not mean that if you have a deposit on a male/female pup and once it is born you decide you don't like it because of the coat color or eye color that you will get the deposit back. There are no disqualifying colors or patterns in the Siberian Husky breed standard, and as we like to say, "A good dog is never a bad color." Mother Nature does not create puppies with made-to-order specifications, so not getting the "perfect" coat or eye color in a litter is a chance you take in putting deposit down before the pups arrive.
If a puppy is being shipped, the full puppy price plus shipping ( after deposit + shipping) must be paid in full by 6 weeks of age.
Forms of payment accepted: Postal Money orders, Cash, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal. A personal check is not to be used as a form of payment at pickup otherwise pup will not be released. For any questions about payments or deposits please contact us prior to sending payment.
(PayPal take credit cards)
(If paying with PayPal there is a fee of $3.20 per $100.00 for all PayPal payments) When making a deposit please send $309.60 total to hold a pup.
NOTE: I will not accept a payment until I have received a complete puppy application (located under "Forms" on this website) & have had a phone interview with you along with some possible emailing. There are no refunds, so please contact before sending a payment.
I have the right to refuse to sell to anyone I don't see fit to own one of my puppies!
Payment arrangements are available. Please contact me to find out more about this.
Pick-Up: We let our pups leave at 8 weeks of age. The longer the pups are able to stay with their littermates and mother, the more socialized they will be. We along with you are only want what is best for our puppies. We want to make this a positive experience for both you and the puppy. If you are making your final payment at pick-up please bring cash only. This means no checks or money orders. We will not let puppy leave until the remaining $2,000 balance after the initial deposit has been paid in full.
Airline Shipping
As of now we are using American airlines to ship our puppies. We are responsible for the shipping of all our puppies. We do not let any one but us set up shipping arrangements. We will take the puppies to the vet, set up the flight and deliver the puppy to the airport. Once the pup is on his way we will call you to let you know. Once the pup has arrived we hope that you would call us also to let us know pup has arrived safely.
When booking a fight we always have the pup's best interest in mind. We always search for the fight with the shortest duration. Most of the time the puppies leave here in the morning and arrive in the late afternoon.
Shipping as of now runs around $500.00 depending on the weight and size of the crate.
An older puppy/dog can be shipped also, but price will increase, again depending on weight and size of crate.
Some may wonder how we come up with this price. The quoted amount covers the following: pet carrier, health certificate, certificate of acclimation, shipping, and round trip gas to and from the airport (which is over 2 hours one way from my home.) Once the pup is on the airplane he is no longer considered to be my responsibility. Returns may be sent back at the buyers expense.
If you do not pick up your pup at the airport your puppy will returned to me and placed with a new family. No refund will be given. It is your responsibility to make arrangements so that somebody is there it pick up your puppy if you cannot pick up the pup yourself. Pups out of the same litter will be shipped the same day (no exceptions). It is 5 hours round trip to the airport for us, so we cannot make different trips for each puppy.
Also, with the airline there are temperature restrictions in which a puppy can be shipped It cannot be any higher than 85 degrees out or any lower than 20 degrees. If the temperature is not within that range the flight could be canceled or delayed. This is no one's fault, but will require us to contact one another to work out a new shipping time or date.
Delivery: We will deliver or meet people to save some driving time (to Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa). Charge for gas is $50.00 to $200.00 depending on the destination to be delivered. Contact information:
