Ryder is a very special boy, with a wonderful personality to match. He absolutely loves to show and has always "demanded to win," from taking multiple UKC Best Puppy in Show and Reserve Best Puppy in Show awards as a 4-month-old to becoming our first home-bred AKC Grand Champion. The day he became an AKC Champion, he took Best Puppy in Sweeps at the Siberian Husky Club of the Twin Cities Specialty show before taking WD and BOW for his last major, and his sister Flo was BOS in Sweeps! He is what I picture when I think of a visual representation of the Siberian standard, with gorgeous proportions, correct length of leg and a flowing, light-footed gait we could watch for hours, and he produces these traits in his puppies.
Ryder is out of our "Foxy" (AKC Ptd TLC's Arctic Fox) and "Gary" (IABCA IntCH Casey's NL Satisfaction Guaranteed), and he is a littermate to "Flo" and half-brother to "Kodi," "Mooni," and "Brassy." He has many wonderful pups and grandpups who are following in his footsteps, and has consistently produced great movement, structure, and type in every litter he has sired.
We can't wait to see what Ryder and his pups will continue to achieve. He is a shining star in our kennel, both in the show ring and the whelping box!
